Please be sure to make payments via cashapp or bring a check on first day.

Your Football Player will need:

1- Strength & Agility M-Th 8AM-10AM June 8-Aug 6, No Session June 29-July 2

2- Football Camp T-F 8:30-11:30 AM July 7-10

2- Physicals

Metro Athletics is providing an opportunity for your athlete to get a physical. This is a fundraiser and the cost is $25.00. You must sign up for a spot here:

If you are unable to do it at one of these times you can also get this done with your primary care physician as part of your yearly well child check. There is normally no cost with most insurances. OSSAA physical form here:

Locker Room Lockers Cleanout

Metro will be doing a deep clean of the locker rooms on Thursday, June 4.

Please communicate the following with your sons:

1- All lockers need to be cleaned out ASAP. Please also take locks home with you.

2- Metro is open to accomplish this task today- Wednesday 8 AM - 3 PM.

This will need to be done by WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3 by 3PM.

3- Please wear a mask while on school grounds.
