Booster Club Members,
I respectfully submit this exciting opportunity to come alongside the Metro Christian Academy Football team. Each year our booster club provides support and helps to fill the numerous needs that come up during a football season. We have had tremendous success with the Super Booster Program in the eight (8) previous years of building this program and undoubtedly was lifted up in numerous ways even before it became official in 2012.
The super booster program is the primary and only fundraiser the booster club has for supporting the football program. Your participation is greatly needed and appreciated to come alongside the football team to provide meals, nutritious snacks, drinks, that are critical for the team and honestly a bargain when you see the amount of food and drinks consumed over a 15 week season. In addition, supporting with supplemental needs like spare football equipment, t-shirts, radios/headsets, video equipment, locker room needs, etc. have been past items that super booster funds have helped to support and supply.
We set a record last year with over $12,000 in super booster funds raised, which was just enough to cover the state championship season needs. Thank you all for the blessings of your generous support!!!!! Note that we don’t have a cash reserve in football. We spend the money raised on the team and make sure they have what they need with prudent management of the money, but also we do spend the money raised on the team in that season as the needs are many.
So I encourage you to consider this tremendous opportunity to support the team and to gain for visible support for your company with our fantastic video board advertising along with home game program listings of your company or family name as a super booster and the access to the West Gate entrance and parking.
